The garden is secluded and offers the perfect opportunities for barbeques and outdoor-dining. Local shops and the local pub are a mere 10-minute walk from shepherds cottage, and its detached status ensures that you can enjoy privacy or the bustle of a small town whenever you feel like it. The cottage is situated next to a bridle path that leads to the carding mill valley and there are horse-riding opportunities available nearby, as well as mountain-biking and walking.
