the house is in north east ipswich, ideal for ipswich hospital, martlesham and kesgrave. Town centre on easy bus route, plenty of off-road parking and garden. Broadband included.

well placed for jobs on the east side of town, and also it is near enough to be only a mile from the regent theatre in town. It is within ten minutes of the hospital, and on an easy bus route to kesgrave and martlesham. And if you work in woodbridge, that's ideal too.
many rooms are larger than you will often see in a house share, the largest ones being approx fifteen square ft. Ceilings are high, too, which gives a greater feeling of space.
the house has 2 kitchens, a bathroom with shower and bath facilities, as well as a dedicated shower room. There is a garden as well as plenty of private parking of the road.

The station is on the intercity main line to london, and has three direct services per hour running to the capital monday - saturday daytimes, taking just over an hour to reach liverpool street station. There are also direct links to colchester, manningtree, stratford, bury st. Edmunds, cambridge, ely, peterborough, norwich, felixstowe, lowestoft and a large number of other places.
it is a fifteen - 20 minute walk to ipswich town centre. There is a bus stop outside the front of the house on woodbridge road from which number 66 service runs between ipswich train station and martlesham heath tesco via tower ramparts (town centre).
the house is 4 and a half miles from the a14/a12 providing easy access to colchester, cambridge, norwich and london.
