we have 1 spare room available. The house is five minutes from fch and we have a bus-stop literally on our doorstep for park and oxstalls students.
i'm hannah (1) and i live here currently. In september, declan, nic and hannah (2) are moving in. We will all be in our final year, studying english, except for hannah two who is completing her phd. We enjoy a drink and are easy to get along with :) when we're not doing uni work, we also do a lot of cooking and x-box.
the rent is currently 69 p/w, paid termly.
the bills add on only ten a week to the rent - your student loan should cover everything :)
