There is a double room, and a room which can be offered as either a king-size double or twin beds. There is also a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and wc. There is a fitted kitchen, and a sitting area with dedicated dining area area and electric fire. Outside, there is off road parking with additional parking by the roadside. There is also a sunny private garden with furniture and bbq. With the coastline, eden project, fowey, st austell and much more within easy reach, sunnyvista is a wonderful base for a family or relaxing break.
