There is a double room and a room with bunk beds, and a family bathroom. The fitted kitchen has a dedicated dining area room, and the sitting area has a multi-fuel stove, lovely on cooler evenings. Outside is a side garden with furniture, and parking can be found on the roadside nearby. With conwy and snowdonia easily reached, tan dderwen makes a comfortable family base all year round.

The town's terrace walk offers views as far as puffin island and anglesey. The rest of north wales is on offer within easy reach, including the snowdonia national park.
