Situated in a lovely wooded valley in the heart of shropshire, the village itself is home to many pubs, restaurants, shops and tea-rooms. A wide collection of industrial and victorian theme museums are located in ironbridge gorge, including blist hill victorian village – a chance to experience what life was like in the victorian era. The historic towns of much wenlock, shrewsbury and ludlow are also close by.
