Located on the outskirts of the pretty village of berrynarbor, with a friendly village shop, post office and pub, it is only 1mi to combe martin's small cove and within a fifteen minute drive of woolacombe's award winning blue flag sandy beach. The large living room is double aspect, and complemented by the adjoining conservatory, which has wonderful views across the garden to open countryside and the sea. A state of the art oak kitchen and utility room are well equipped. 2 pretty bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the accommodation. The enclosed front and rear gardens have a patio and level lawn. For enthusiastic walkers the knapps is within easy walkable distance of the south west coast path, and is an ideal location at any time of year.
