Frampton cotterell, avon i am a friendly professional female with 2 rooms to let in my home.
Additional Details:
I work 9-5 monday to friday, and am away some weekends.
i have a lovely town house in frampton cotterell with plenty of parking available. The house has a view of the village pond from the living room window- complete with ducks!
The top floor has a double bedroom with en suite shower room and toilet to let- 450 per month including bills.
the first level has a single room available which fits a small double bed and a separate (your own) shower room and toilet in the same corridor. This room is 350 per month also including bills. If council tax is due i will discuss contributions.
All rooms have television aerial points and plenty of power sockets. All rooms have adjustable radiators linked to the central heating system.
On the 1st floor i have a large lounge with a 47in televesion, and gas fire. On the same floor is the kitchen diner which contains table and chairs and extra cupboard, fridge and freezer space for each room occupant. The utility room is on the first floor with sink, cloths washer, clothes drying rack, and power should you wish to put a kettle in there!
There is a large back garden with wooden garden furniture, a pub a few minutes walk away, bus stop 100 metres from the front door providing quick access to yate, bristol, uwe, and cribbs causeway. M32/m4/m5 junctions are just a few minutes drive away.
we are close to mod abbeywood (one of us works there), frenchay hospital, uwe, axa, rac and orange.
There is a good bus service close by and a daily bus to uwe which takes fifteen minutes.
