Additional Details:
Would ideally suit long-term so you would need to be very trustworthy, especially when i go away for any days or weeks. So you must be able to supply good references etc ..... Possibly female because the past four have been good and the past guys have not had much of a clue in the cleaning department. Plus it would be better company for my other female house mate who works normal hours unlike me who you lucky to see during the week: p.. Unless you are a guy and could convince me you would be fine and not make mess etc but you would need do well to convince me, as well as turning up wearing some marigolds...;-)..... And if you only require it mon to fri then even better and would reduce rent otherwise seven days ok. If you are allergic to animals then i have two cats so no good you staying here. I am very laid back and so is my other house mate who has been here well over a year. This is a very peaceful area apart from when the bin men do their rounds and the town centre is approx 25 minimum walk unless you have a limp...:p and there is a bus stop close by which goes to the town (5min) and beyond
