The cottage is on a smallholding of twenty acres of lovely mountainside and offers accommodation all on the ground level level. There are two beds - one king-size double with en-suite bath, basin and wc, and one adult bunks with en-suite shower, basin and wc, meaning the cottage sleeps 4 in total. The living accommodation is open plan with a fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting room with electric stove. Outside is a front patio with sloping lawn, garden furniture, bbq and mountain views, along with a playground. There is also a heated outdoor swimming pool, which guests have shared use of seasonally. Off road parking for 3 cars is also available. With lovely countryside on the doorstep and the delights of snowdonia to discover, y ffynnon makes a great base for a relaxing break in north wales.

bryncrug is a small village with a shop and pub, located in the dysynni valley, at the southern end of the snowdonia national park. Aberdovey is six miles away with its harbour, sandy beaches and golf course along with small shops, inns and superb restaurants, including ones serving locally caught seafood. Visit the cader idris mountain range and the dovey and dysynni valleys nearby, great for walking, climbing and seeing wildlife.

Bike storage in open shed. Front patio with sloping lawn, garden furniture, bbq and mountain views. 2 dogs welcome at £10 per dog per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub with restaurant one mile. Note: private supply of spring water for consumption/washing.
