Lower Phillips is a large studio apartment within five minutes walk of Berkhamsted centre. It is also only ten minutes from the Railway Station with main line links to London which is only 30 minutes away. Berkhamsted has a fine selection of shops and restaurants and has a medieval castle.
The property is on the ground floor of a red brick Victorian house on a street leading up from the High Street. The front door leads on to hall and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer dryer.
The bedroom/sitting room has a large comfortable double Dwell sofa, coffee table and digital television with a built in DVD player. There is also an iPod docking station and wireless broadband. The double (4ft 8in) bed has a bedside table and lamp and there is a large fitted wardrobe for storage.
