Serenade Cottage is a charming stable conversion located in the village of Weston Turville. The property benefits from both the peace and quiet of its charming location and yet it is within easy walking distance of all the village facilities. The village has three public houses, all of which serve good pub fare, and among which is The Chequers - well renowned locally as an excellent, top quality pub/restaurant with a French menu. Weston Turville also has a selection of shops, including a mini-market, newsagent, hairdresser and fish and chip shop. Weston Turville is a 10 minute drive to the centre of Aylesbury with a main line train station, national bus connections and a good shopping centre.

The cottage offers accommodation for up to two people, with the bed in the double bedroom either to be used as a double or set apart as twin beds.

The living room features a double sofa, television, DVD player, and a dining table with two chairs.The kitchen is very well equipped with a microwave, hob, oven, fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, and washer dryer.

In the bathroom you will find a shower cabin with a power shower.

The property also has broadband access.

The cottage comes with a garden and garden furniture; there is also a heated outdoor swimming pool which can be used at the owner s discretion.

This property is not available to smokers and is not suitable for children or pets. Electric central heating.
