This property is situated on a quiet street, but very close to a main road. This means you have the best of both worlds - peace and quiet but without a long trek to go shopping or to work. There is a driveway and allocated parking space, along with plenty of parking on the street nearby. There are also bus stops on the main road close by, within easy walking distance, leading to Manchester one way and Stockport the other.

As you enter the hallway through the front door, you go up a few steps to the first lounge/sun room area, which leads onto the lovely patio outside. There is a large beautifully kept garden with a pond, and beams over the patio area hold hanging baskets full of colourful flowers. There are bushes and trees all around the outside of the garden, making it feel very private and providing you with a lot of greenery to enjoy. After looking at the pictures you may think that such a lovely garden requires a lot of work - but don`t let this put you off as the rent includes a gardner who will tend the garden, leaving you to simply enjoy it.

The downstairs bathroom houses a toilet, sink and a shower cubicle.

At the top of the next flight of stairs is the sleek black dining table, perfect for entertaining your friends or simply enjoying a meal cooked in the fully fitted kitchen next to the dining area. The kitchen has 2 fridge freezers, a gas cooker, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. There is plenty of workspace and cupboard space.

The next flight of stairs is a small one and takes you to the main lounge, which is very cosy with big comfy sofas, a television, and an electric fire which makes the room extra cosy on top of the gas central heating which is throughout the whole house. All the windows are double glazed, which adds to the warmth of the house.

Up more wooden stairs and you arrive at the bedrooms. This bedroom is at the back of the house, overlooking the garden. The furniture comprises a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The main bathroom is on the same level as the bedrooms, and comprises the usual sink and toilet, aswell as a shower over the bath.

This property also has an added bonus in that the Landlord pays all of the bills (bills not included in rent) - Council Tax, TV Licence, Water, Gas and Electricity - and then bills the tenants quarterly. This will save you the trouble of setting up bills, and will take away the possibility of you forgetting to pay a bill which can cause a lot of stress and hassle.
