Greenes Court is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment close to the centre of Berkhamsted, and only a few minutes walk to the station and the centre of Berkhamsted. By train, London is only 30 minutes away. The apartment is on the second floor.

The entrance hall has a security entrance system. The sitting/dining room is spacious with views over the canal. The apartment has just been refurbished and has a new and comfortable sofa and armchair. The table is extendable and can seat up to 6 when fully extended. One wall is well fitted with space for books, a shelf which opens up to be a desk, a shelf for the CD player/ radio/ Ipod player. There is also a flat screen television and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric double oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and gas hob.

The main bedroom has a king bed, views overlooking the Grand Union Canal and two double full height wardrobes. The en suite bathroom has a bath, and electric shaver point. There is also an airer over the bath to give an extra drying facility.

The second bedroom has twin beds which can zip together, it has views to the rear of the property and has a quiet extractor fan.

The family bathroom has a shower cubicle and shaver point.

The apartment has communal gardens which are well maintained and mainly laid to lawn with flower beds and borders. There are open views to the front over the Grand Union Canal.

Parking is an allocated parking space for one car. There is limited visitor parking as well.
