TERMS & CONDITIONS
The property shall be let unfurnished by way of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for an initial term of 6 months at a monthly rental of 540 per calendar month, payable in advance by standing order.
In addition, a deposit of 810 shall be payable prior to occupation.
LEGAL COSTS
The tenant shall be responsible for legal costs for the preparation of the Tenancy Agreement for up to 150 (plus VAT).
REFERENCES
The landlord's agent will take up references through a referencing agency, the cost of which shall be 45 (including VAT) per applicant.
