Rose Cottage is situated in a beautiful farmland location and benefits from a garden with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. You would be forgiven for thinking you were in the heart of remote countryside and yet London is within comfortable commuting distance. The cottage is among several on the Wick Farm estate, which is approached down a long, private drive on the outskirts of Wigginton - a sought after location.

Rose Cottage has been equipped to a high standard, the main theme being simple but elegant with many detailed touches that enhance the overall impression. Rose Cottage is centrally heated throughout. Children are welcome in the cottage and pets will be considered. A cot and a highchair can be provided upon request.

Rose Cottage is a single storey period cottage with two bedrooms, a double and a single. A family bathroom has a power shower over the bath. The front door enters into a lovely kitchen/diner with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. A dining table and chairs provides seating for 4 people.

The sitting room is a cosy room with a comfortable suite including a sofa and two armchairs, bookshelves and coffee table and an antique desk. There is a television, DVD player, radio and CD system.

Outside, the garden and patio offers stunning views of the Hertfordshire countryside. Garden furniture is provided. Ample off-road parking available for tenant s use.

It has been a while ago but the stay in Rose Cottage was great. I was clean, very comfortable and the broadband was ideal. The environment has plenty of things to explore and footpaths from the doorstep are just fine for us. After a day out and about it was nice to come home and I think we will come back there.
