The attic and the first floor rooms are available – both are large, bright and fully furnished. The bathroom is being refurbished this summer so it will be brand new for you and there is a living room, off-shot kitchen at the back and a garden. The kitchen has a gas hob, oven and grill, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster as well as a washing machine and there is central heating and double glazing throughout the house. All the utilities are set up, including internet and there is a digibox with the TV, so the house will be ready for you to move into, stress free.
Fully fitted with smoke and carbon dioxide alarms, annual gas safety check, and Yale locks on all rooms.
You would be sharing with two very friendly female students who will be starting their 3rd year.
Rent is £62 per week, excluding bills which are to be shared between the four tenants. A deposit of £250 will be required to secure the 12 month contract commencing on 1st July 2012.
Located on Lydgate Lane, Crookes, right next to the old Tapton Halls of residence so great location for Broomhill and Uni.
