6) An administration fee of 200.00 payable to Maxwell Douglas Ltd which is refundable in the event the application is unsuccessful less the cost of the tenant referencing at 25.00 per person. If all the tenancy documentation has been completed and the tenant chooses not to proceed with the letting the admin fee will not be reimbursed.
