Being the last house in The Avenue, it has walks from the doorstep to open countryside whilst the village of Masham, is a wonderful place to visit and is only a short walk from the cottage. Here you will find pubs, restaurants, shops and the famous Black Sheep Brewery. A pint or two of this real ale MUST be sampled on your visit. The cottage is available for rent for a minimum of 3 and up to 14 days. The price will include all the utilities, linen and towels.

A light and airy room due to the three triple glass windows to the front of the cottage. A really lovely place to spend an evening watching the Flatscreen TV or DVD's. Better still curl up on our designer corner unit with a glass of wine and a good book (or Kindle! well we are in the 21st Century).

Fitted luxury kitchen including; Oven, hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washer / dryer, fridge freezer, wine cooler. The kitchen extends into dining area......
DINING AREA
A great space to relax, eat and spend time with family and friends. Board games are stored here and in the orangery for you to play. There is also an ipod / iphone docking station for you to enjoy your music and wrap around blankets if you want to stay warm whilst enjoying a drink in the garden or rear decked courtyard.

ORANGERY
The room we are most proud of and the area we feel our architect really excelled himself. In the summer nights, this is where you want to be. With a glass roof above and two side walls made up of patio doors and glass - this space has a real wow factor.
