THE RENT

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

THE TENANCY
The property is offered on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy. Unless otherwise stated or agreed, it will be for an initial six months fixed term.

APPLICATIONS
Applications for the tenancy are to be made to Grisdales. Each applicant over 18 years of age will need to complete a Letsure Tenancy Assessment Form (available from the office)
This is to be returned to Grisdales along with the agency fee of 99.00 (inc VAT) per applicant. This will be submitted to the agency for tenant assessment, after which we shall advise you of the outcome.
CONTENTS INSURANCE
It is a condition of the tenancy that you obtain contents insurance for your possessions throughout the duration of your occupation of the property. You will need to provide Grisdales with proof of this insurance before you move into the property.
