TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The property shall be let unfurnished by way of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for an initial term of 6 months at a rental of 1,500 per calendar month (plus a contribution to water), payable in advance by standing order. In addition a bond of 2,000 is also required prior to occupation.
LEGAL COSTS
The tenant will be responsible for legal costs for the preparation of the tenancy agreement up to 150 (plus VAT).
REFERENCES
The landlord's agent will take up references through a referencing agency, the cost of which shall be 45 (including VAT) per applicant.
