I have a spacious double bedroom to let in my mid-terraced house in the Dallam area. Room is furnished with single/trundle bed that can be single or double (have no issues if you want to bring own furniture), chest of drawers & bedside cabinet & lamp. I'm currently sourcing a wardrobe for the room which should be available soon.
All bills included: water, gas, electricity & broadband costs, must buy own food though!
I am a private person who keeps mainly to themselves, although this is mainly due to the fact I live alone! If a tenant is looking for socialising as well this is fine :-D. I have 3 cats (have never been allowed in the room to let as some of my friends have allergies)so no other pets permitted as they probably would not get on! may be called upon to feed cats whilst I am away occasionally. I'm never usually here at weekends so you'll have the house to yourself. I am a smoker but will smoke outside if tenant prefers. House is decorated in neutral colours with the kitchen being a work in progress at the moment - it is totally functional though with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer available for you to use.
