Upon making your holiday reservation, we do require a deposit of £50.00 and the remainder paid 6 weeks before your holiday begins (Instalment Plan Available). If your holiday is booked at a shorter notice, we may then require the whole amount to be paid at the time of booking.
Please note that a refundable Security Deposit is required in the sum of £50.00. This deposit will be returned following an inspection of the caravan immediately after your departure.
We do not take booking from any single sex groups under the age of 25, this is due to the local site restrictions.
You will find the holiday caravan clean and tidy when you begin your holiday. We request that you respect our caravan at all times and inform us immediately of any accidents or breakages.
Clarach Bay:
Clarach Bay is ideally located for exploring the stunning Welsh coastline. It has its own beach with stunning views of Cardigan Bay. It is a sheltered bay just five minutes drive from Aberystwyth and is reached by taking the main A487 road up Penglais hill towards Machynlleth, then turning left at the crossroads at the top of the hill. Arriva bus 500 runs during the summer months or, if you enjoy a walk, it's about 20 minutes round the coastal path, where you can enjoy panoramic views and even a cup of tea and a slice of cake at the mountain cafe.
Aberystwyth is the largest resort on the Mid-West coast of Wales and is surrounded by some of the UK's most glorious countryside - the Rheidol Valley, the Plynlimon Mountains, not to mention Ceredigion's Heritage Coast and one of the greatest concentrations of award-winning beaches in the UK.
Among the attractions nearby are leisure boat trips, two 18-hole golf courses and the longest electric cliff railway in Britain.
Direction to the Site:
By Car: To get to Clarach Bay turn off the A487 (the Aberystwyth - Machnynlleth road) in Bow Street where Clarach Bay is signposted. follow the Church road and our entrance is on the left.
By Rail: The frequent Aberystwyth to Shrewsbury service connects with trains to all directions and passes through beautiful ever-changing countryside.
National Express: Services run into Aberystwyth from all parts of the country. Bookings can be made for these services at any National Express Agency.
