This flat that I am advertising is located 5 minutes away De Montfort University and 10 minutes from the town centre.
I left the halls of residence for personal reasons and am now hoping for someone to replace me as soon as possible.
The halls of residence are self-catering and they give you the freedom to come and go as you please. The following facilities are included in the package:
En-suite bathrooms (shower, no bath)
Shared kitchen facilities (typically with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker, iron/ironing board and vacuum cleaner as minimum)
Shared laundry facilities (coin or token operated machines)
2MB Internet access in rooms, all ready and set up when you arrive.
On-site hall manager and visiting residence coordinators/officers to help with any accommodation queries
Secure postal points
CCTV, electronic door entry systems and/or on-site security staff
Bike parking/storage
The room is fully furnished, with book shelf, own desk and chair, draws, bed, wardrobe etc... all you need to bring are your own duvet, pillows, bedding and towels, cutlery and cooking equipment, along with anything else you want to bring.
All accommodation is strictly non-smoking, however there are designated smoking areas outside.
The halls are roughly £104 a week until the summer. The room is perfect for someone looking to live in halls of residence if their course starts in January and doesn't want to have a room share.
The flat is all females, so it would be preferable for only females to apply for this.
